October 7, 2023 - Revelation‬ ‭1:8

““I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”” Revelation 1:8 NLT

Almighty God, we give you all the glory. We give you all the honor. We worship you, our Lord. You are so worthy of all our praise. You are the Alpha and Omega - the beginning and the end. Everything exists because you created it. You spoke and it was so. Nothing would exist outside of you. Nothing can defeat you and nothing is too hard for you to do. You cannot fail. Your will, will be done.

You are the one who was, who is, and who is to come. Only the everlasting God can say that. We worship the true everlasting God. You always have been and always will be God Almighty. You are omniscient; you know all things. You are omnipresent, everywhere at all times.

Help us to never lose sight of who you really are or the power you possess. Jesus, we thank you that you have given us the freedom to walk into the throne room and call you a friend, but never let us forget to properly honor the One who is on the throne. For you are so worthy of all the honor and praise. One day every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that you are God Almighty.

Today, we live to give you the honor you deserve. We declare your glory into our world. We will tell of your marvelous works among those who cross our paths, for you are worthy. For yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever, amen.
