October 11, 2023 - Acts‬ ‭13:41

“Be amazed and in agony, you scoffers! For in your day I will do something so wonderful that when I perform mighty deeds among you, you won’t even believe that it was I who did it!” Acts 13:41 TPT

Lord, what a beautiful promise. Lord, help us learn to never doubt you, but trust you on a deeper level. We never want to be people who would scoff at you or something you promised. We might not scoff outwardly, but if we walk in unbelief, that is basically what we are doing. I think of Sarah when you promised her a child in her old age, an impossible thing. The disbelief she spoke out was scoffing.

Show us the places in our lives where we are walking in disbelief. Forgive us, Lord. We don’t want unbelief in our lives. Help us grow our faith until we walk in total faith in you.

Lord, we are believing and waiting in expectation for you to perform mighty deeds through us. We thank you that you are already doing so daily. Help us to see and recognize those things. Grow our faith in you. Teach us how to walk in radical faith.

Teach us how to live in the promises and authority that have been given to us as children of God. We have been set free and given the privileges of sonship. Let us think, talk, and live in a manner that proves that we do understand and believe in all that sonship means. Break any strongholds or thought patterns that have us living in doubt or have us submitting to the enemy’s power. We don’t want to give him any power over our lives. You have set us free, and we want to fully walk in that freedom today. We want to live our lives in a way that we create an atmosphere that ushers your power into the world around us.

In Jesus name, amen.
