November 20, 2024 - Deuteronomy 29:29
“The Lord our God has secrets known to no one. We are not accountable for them, but we and our children are accountable forever for all that he has revealed to us, so that we may obey all the terms of these instructions.” Deuteronomy 29:29 NLT
Lord, how amazing to think that there is nothing that you don’t know. Your knowledge goes beyond our universe. It goes beyond time. It is way more than we can even conceive with our small human brains. We praise you that you are so much more than what we understand. You would be way too small and limited of a god if you fit within everything we know and understand.
Lord, we praise you for being All-Knowing. You are Wisdom itself. We also praise you for sharing your knowledge with us. You love to give us your wisdom and insights. We praise you for your Word. It is a treasure that is far more valuable than we can comprehend. You have given the Bible to us to help us, but we will be held accountable for living the truth that we find there. We ask for your help in uncovering your truth. Help us to understand beyond the actual words to your true meaning. Holy Spirit, give us your insight and teach us to apply it to our lives. Do your transformation work in us. We are so grateful that you are here with us, wanting to give us your insight and help. You are truly an amazing God!
