Lord, we thank you so much for the blood that you shed for us and the power it contains. I don’t think we will ever really understand how much power the blood holds or the true significance of what shedding it for us means until we get to heaven. But with what our earthly brains can comprehend, we thank you. I thank you today that whatever we are facing, we have the power within us to overcome. Open our eyes to places where we are struggling. Let us see what is really taking place spiritually. So often the battle isn’t really what it feels like, but the enemy in the background causing problems and trying to trip us up. Show us those places today. Lord, when we recognize them, show us how to defeat them.
Let us stand on your blood and tell the enemy to leave us alone! Remind us of all the times and ways that you have come through for us in the past. Let us stand strong on those testimonies. Let us declare them and see our faith and courage rise up. I declare freedom over our lives today. I declare that today we are taking ground back from the enemy. We will not sit back any longer allowing him to dictate our situations and feelings. I declare that we will stand strong in your power today and not allow the enemy to win. We will see things for how they truly are and change the situation. The enemy is not going to win today. We declare the truth of the Lord!
