“Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.” Romans 12:2 TPT

Holy Spirit, we invite you to transform our minds. We are so immersed in our cultures that it can be very easy to carry their ideals and opinions without even realizing it. Please open our eyes to anywhere in our lives where we need to change what we think and believe. Help us start to think like you. Break any thought patterns that are not reflecting your truth. Come and transform us from the inside. Truly make us into a new creation. Help us desire not to blend into the world’s culture and ways, but to stand out as different - to stand out because we reflect you in all that we do.

We need you to empower us. We need your power, your wisdom, your discernment, your love, and so much more. Do your work in us and make us more like you. We want to fully live the life that you desire us to live. We want your fulfillment to overflow from the inside of us. We want to know what it feels like to be perfectly satisfied in you. Help us live in your ways in all we do. Take us wherever you want us to go and help us to always walk in obedience to you. Regardless of what our circumstances look like at any given time, let your joy and satisfaction overflow out of us. Let your will be done and let us always find your beauty in it.
