March 11, 2023 - Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make. Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go.” Proverbs 3:5-6 TPT
Lord, we thank you so much for your guidance in our lives. We thank you that you are so trustworthy! We thank you that we can trust you completely and you will never let us down. You will always take care of us even if the path you take us down is a path we don’t like or even if it is a path of pain. Regardless of what it looks or feels like, you go with us and will even carry us through if necessary. We can always trust you. How wonderful are you and your ways.
Help us to draw near to you. We want to know you intimately. We want to know your voice and sense your movements. We want to willingly follow you wherever you lead. We want to rely on you with all our hearts. Help us learn to follow you closely and fully trust you without hesitation. Help us learn to trust in your opinion over our own and that of those around us. Help us to allow you to guide our every decision.
Thank you so much Jesus for how you have gone before us and walked this life. There is nothing we will go through or face that you don’t understand. You have experienced this life and you will help us through. We thank you so much for how you are going to lead us today. You are such an amazing God. We commit to follow your leading today in all we do.
