June 7, 2024 - Psalms 20:4-5

“May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. May the Lord answer all your prayers.” Psalms 20:4-5 NLT

Lord, we praise you that you answer our prayers. You are such an amazing God to us. We praise you for how you fight for us. We praise you for being all-powerful and all-mighty. Nothing can overcome you. How wonderful to know that you are standing with us. We shout for joy and praise you for all the victories we have seen you accomplish in our lives. We also praise you for all the victories that we know are coming our way. We praise you for overcoming our Goliaths even before we throw the first stone. We recognize that not only do you deserve all our praise, but it is also a very powerful weapon that you have placed in our arsenal.

Lord, we thank you that you see our heart’s desire. Not only do you see what we desire, and think will fulfill us, but you know us better than we know ourselves. You know what will actually fulfill us. We praise you that your heart’s desire is to see us truly fulfilled. We ask for you to give us our hearts desire but ask if it isn’t what is best for us, change our hearts and give us what will truly fulfill us. We ask for you to make all our plans succeed, but if we are planning things that aren’t lining up with your plans for us, change our hearts and bring your plans to reality in us. We praise you for how you love and care for us.

In Jesus name, amen.
