June 25, 2023 - Psalms‬ ‭72:18-19

“Praise Yahweh forever, the God of Israel! He is the one and only God of wonders, surpassing every expectation. The blazing glory of his name will be praised forever! May all the earth overflow with his glory! Faithful is our King! Amen!” Psalms 72:18-19 TPT

Glory to God in the highest. You are so worthy of all our praises. Let our lives ring out glory to you always and forever. From the moment we wake up in the morning until we fall asleep at night let us live to glorify you.

You are truly the God of wonder. You are the miracle worker. You paint the sunrise and sunset every day. You are the source of life. Every good thing comes from you. You provide for our every need. You are the healer. You are beauty. You are so much more than what we could ever understand. You are holy, holy, holy! We stand in awe of you.

And yet we are known by you. Loved by you. Adopted by you. Cared for by you. Protected and defended by you. We thank you so much for your love. We worship you today for all you do for us. You are Emmanuel. We thank you for how you are God with us. What an honor to be known by you. We thank you that you are Jehovah-Jireh. We praise you for how you provide. We thank you for your faithfulness to us. You are truly amazing.

Lord, oh how the whole earth needs to know you. Open the eyes of the lost to see your glory all around and in them. Pour out your mercy and love. Draw the lost to you. Give us the courage and insight to know how to shine your light to the lost around us.

Let us enter boldly into your presence, but never let us forget who you are. We want to always give you the honor you deserve. We want to live our lives in the fear of the Lord. We also want to have a close intimate friendship with you. Teach us how to balance living out both things.
