July 5, 2024 - Psalms‬ ‭18‬:‭37‬-‭40‬

“I chased my enemies and caught them; I did not stop until they were conquered. I struck them down so they could not get up; they fell beneath my feet. You have armed me with strength for the battle; you have subdued my enemies under my feet. You placed my foot on their necks. I have destroyed all who hated me.” Psalms 18:37-40 NLT

Lord, we ask for you to teach us how to be mighty warriors for you. Make us strong and deeply rooted in you. Teach us how to fully rely on you, your wisdom, and your strength. Help us to ask for your strategy as we go into battle and help us walk in obedience to everything you tell us. Help us get your Word deeply rooted in us. Show us how to use your Word as our sword and shield. We want to know how to wield them as expert warriors. We want to be warriors who Satan and his demons cower from when we go on the offense. And we want to live in the offensive mode. We want to take ground for you. As we stand to fight, we want to see you subdue him and place his neck under our feet. Help us tear down the strongholds over our friends and family, our cities, and the nations of the world. Teach us how to pray prayers that change the course of history.
