July 20, 2024 - Psalms‬ ‭18‬:‭46‬-‭50

“The Lord lives! Praise to my Rock! May the God of my salvation be exalted! He is the God who pays back those who harm me; he subdues the nations under me and rescues me from my enemies. You hold me safe beyond the reach of my enemies; you save me from violent opponents. For this, O Lord, I will praise you among the nations; I will sing praises to your name. You give great victories to your king; you show unfailing love to your anointed, to David and all his descendants forever.” Psalms 18:46-50 NLT

Lord, we praise you for how you love and care for us. You are forever faithful and trustworthy. You always want what is best for us. You are our Rock and our salvation. Praise you for making a way for us to be restored to you for all eternity. You are such an amazing God to serve. There is no other like you. We praise you that we can find rest and protection tucked in under the safety of your wings. We praise you for fighting our battles for us. We praise you for how you guide us through even the toughest seasons and give us strength to keep going when we can’t do it on our own, and when needed you carry us through. No matter what our enemies throw at us, we can stand assured that we are not facing it alone. We sing praise to your mighty name. We praise you for your unfailing love for us. Praise you that it is unconditional. We serve you and you alone.

In Jesus name, amen.
