January 30, 2024 - Proverbs‬ ‭30:29 & 30

“There are four stately monarchs who are impressive to watch as they go forth: the lion, the king of the jungle, who is afraid of no one,…” Proverbs 30:29 & 30 TPT

Lord, I ask that you make us lions for you. Let us confidently walk forward in your wisdom. Let us be full of your power so when we roar the enemy flees. Let him cower when we walk into a room. Let him know our name because of how we walk in your power. Let us radiate you so much that we look different when people see us. Let us spend so much time in your presence and draw so close to you that we “glow” your presence into the world around us. Let us be impressive to watch, not because of anything we are or can do on our own, but because of how we walk confidently in our relationship with you.

Lord, I ask that you do whatever you need to do in each of us to grow us in your confidence and make us into your warriors. Grow our wisdom, Lord, and show us how to lead in you. No more hiding in the background from the situations around us. It is time to be the change the world needs. Show us how to roar like a lion and scare the enemy back to hell. We don’t want to just sit back and wait for you to show up around us, we want to usher your presence in everywhere we go. Draw us closer to you. Turn us into your lovers who walk in righteousness always. Grow in us. We surrender all to you. Take our lives and transform us. Make us into young confident, bold, ferocious lions. Teach us how to hunt the enemy and take back what he has stolen. Let us rule and reign in your kingdom the way the lion does in the jungle.

In Jesus name, amen.
