January 14, 2022 - Isaiah 55:10-11

“The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.” Isaiah 55:10-11 NLT

Lord, it is such an amazing thing how you designed the world. Life and growth are so incredible. We praise you for how you provide everything needed for life. It is you who causes everything to grow. The farmer may plant the seeds, but you cause the rain to fall, and you cause the seed to grow and produce a harvest. We praise you for the harvests that you send to bless us. Praise you for your provision. You are such a wonderful Father who always takes care of us.

Lord, we praise you for your word. It is such a splendid gift to give us. Thank you for the power that it gives our lives. It is your power. It can always be counted on to be true. Lord, any time you speak, your words never fail. They will accomplish what you send them to accomplish. They will produce fruit. We praise you for your fruit. It is always perfect. It fills us. It prospers within us. It heals us and draws us closer to you.

Your voice calms us. No matter how crazy and confusing life might be, when you show up and speak, everything comes into perspective. Come and speak to us today. Let your words wrap around us like a warm and cozy blanket. Allow us to feel your presence wrap around us. We want your words to penetrate into us and accomplish all that you have planned for our lives. We give you permission to let your Word do your work with us. Lord, we want to grow. We want our lives to produce the seeds that you have planted in us. We want to produce your fruit. We want our lives to feed those who hunger. We praise you for the promises of this verse in our lives.
