February 9, 2025 - Jeremiah‬ ‭31‬:‭3

“I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you.” Jeremiah 31:3 AMP

Jesus, your love for us is astonishing. It is everlasting and it runs deep. We praise you that there is nothing we could ever do that would be too far gone for your love. There is nothing that is too much for you to forgive. You gave your life and paid the price of our sins so that we could be restored to you. You paid the price for all sin. All we need to do is humbly bring it to you with a contrite heart and ask for your forgiveness. You will wash it clean and wipe it from the record. This is what you want. You don’t want us to keep suffering or living in shame for something that you have already died to take away from us. Regardless of what we have done and how unworthy we feel of forgiveness, you are there drawing us to you with your lovingkindness. None of us deserve you love or forgiveness. We have all sinned and were all a part of causing your death. Yet, you love us so deeply you freely offer to us that which we don’t deserve. We are so grateful for your remarkable love.

Holy Spirit, help us understand your love and faithfulness to us, even when we don’t deserve it. Help us learn to accept it. Help us forgive ourselves when needed and learn to let go of the shame of our sin. Jesus paid a very high price for our freedom, and he longs to see us walking in it. Help us let go of the past and set us free. We praise you for your love, forgiveness, faithfulness, kindness, and your freedom. What a beautiful life you offer us when we surrender everything to you. Thank you.

In Jesus name, amen.
