February 3, 2025 - John‬ ‭11‬:‭40

“Jesus responded, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe?”” John 11:40 NLT

Jesus, you said this to Martha just before you raised Lazarus from the dead. And, wow, did they see your glory. You raised him from the dead after he had been dead for 4 days. What a display of your power and glory. We want to see displays of your glory. You told us that we would do greater things than you. Yet, how many of us have seen your glory displayed like in this moment. We let things like unbelief, fear of failure, and fear of man hold us back from stepping out in faith and believing you for extraordinary miracles where your glory will be displayed. Holy Spirit, grow our belief so that we can see your glory.

We not only want to see your glory through your miracles, but we want to see you more. Take us deeper in our knowledge of you. Reveal yourself to us. Draw us closer. Never let us be satisfied in our relationship with you. Never let us relent in our pursuit of more of you. We want to experience your glory. Any lie that would keep us from entering into all that you have for us, uproot it. Help us to believe the truth that you long for a deep relationship with us, that you love us unconditionally, that anything we need to give up for more of you is worth it, etc. Oh, our Lord, help us believe and show us your glory.
