February 19, 2025 - Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭1

“Beloved friends, what should be our proper response to God’s marvelous mercies? To surrender yourselves to God to be his sacred, living sacrifices. And live in holiness, experiencing all that delights his heart. For this becomes your genuine expression of worship.” Romans 12:1 TPT

Yes, Lord, we declare that we agree with these words. Your mercies to us are marvelous. We could never deserve them, yet you pour them over us constantly. We would not even have life without your mercies. All praise is due to you for your great love for us. We surrender all of ourselves to you, our God. We give ourselves as a sacred and living sacrifice. Our lives belong to you. Help us keep this true in our lives. Highlight anything in our lives that we have not given to you fully. Give us the strength to give it to you and not take it back. We declare that we can trust you fully with anything and everything.

Help us live in holiness. We want our lives to be set apart for you. Help us be willing to live a devoted life to you that looks different than the world around us. We want our lives to bring delight to your heart. Do your work in us and change us where needed. Let everything about the way we live our lives be genuine worship to you. You are worthy, our Lord. All praise and glory be to your name.
