February 16, 2022 - 2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:20

“For all of God’s promises find their “yes” of fulfillment in him. And as his “yes” and our “amen” ascend to God, we bring him glory!” 2 Corinthians 1:20 TPT

Lord, we thank you for all your promises to us. When we take the time to look some of them over, they are truly remarkable. It is really crazy how amazing your promises are to us. You promise so many good things and so much abundance. It makes it hard to believe that it could really be true. If another human were to promise even just a portion of the things that you promise us, we would never believe it was possible. But we can praise you because your promises are always, “yes and amen”! If you said it, it will happen. We can always trust you.

Lord we also recognize that so many of your promises come with conditions. They are often rewards for walking in obedience to something you have asked. Help us learn how to walk in your ways. If we are believing you for a promise that has a condition, but haven’t fulfilled that condition, please open our eyes to our lack. Show us what we need to get into alignment to see the promise fulfilled in our lives. Give us your guidance in anything we need to do to make that alignment a reality in our lives.

We praise you for your goodness to us. Thank you that you want to see us prosper. Thank you that you want to abundantly bless us. The way you love us is astounding. We praise you that you are always faithful to us. Praise you that we never have to doubt if you will come through for us. We praise you that your character is never changing. Regardless of what our circumstances around us look like and regardless of the lies the enemy would have us believe about you, we can stand on your Word being true. We can stand on this verse being true in our lives. We can stand on your promises and your “Yes and Amen.” We praise you for this truth, Lord!
