February 15, 2025 - Psalms 53:1-2
“Only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their actions are evil; not one of them does good! God looks down from heaven on the entire human race; he looks to see if anyone is truly wise, if anyone seeks God.” Psalms 53:1-2 NLT
Lord, let us always be someone that you find to be truly wise. We want to always be found seeking more of you. Holy Spirit, give us a greater desire for more. Stir that desire in us and never let it die. Keep our hearts full of passion and zeal for loving you. Anytime we have any thoughts or doubts that you exist or that you truly and deeply love us, remind us of your truth. Bring back Bible verses and personal experiences, that declare your truth over us. Stir us and keep us boiling hot for you. Let our actions reflect you and not the ways of our world. Let our desires pull us to more of you and not away from you. Do your work in us and make us more like you. Correct any behaviors or thought patterns that are not of you. Help us to live in a way that lets us find favor from you and not man. Set us apart from the world around us and be our greatest treasure. Be the prize that we are always living for. You are worth our everything and we give our all for more of you.
