February 15, 2022 - Amos 4:13
“For the Lord is the one who shaped the mountains, stirs up the winds, and reveals his thoughts to mankind. He turns the light of dawn into darkness and treads on the heights of the earth. The Lord God of Heaven’s Armies is his name!” Amos 4:13 NLT
Lord, we bow before You and your Majesty! All glory be your name. All Hail the Lord of Lords. For you are the one who shaped the mountains. You created the seas and everything in them. You defined where the seas can cover the land and where they must stop. You cause the winds to blow and the rains to fall. You separated night from day. You keep the planets and the moons in orbit. You are the reason the birds sing and the flowers bloom. You are the life inside every living thing. You are what holds us together and causes our systems to function. You are the Alpha and Omega. Everything starts and stops in you. All glory is due to you. You are the creator of everything.
We praise you for your holiness. You are the definition of Holy. You set the standard to measure up to. All of heaven bows before you and proclaims, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty who was, and is, and is to come!” You are the God Almighty, the Lord God of the Heaven’s Armies. Nothing can come close to defeating you. You reign supremely. You are above it all. You stand outside of time. Nothing happens that you are not aware of. You even know the number of hairs on our head and are aware of how many grains of sand that are on each beach. You contain all wisdom. Thank you that you choose to share your thoughts and wisdom with us. What an honor!
You are so worthy of all our lives and our praise. We gladly surrender to you. We will live our lives to bring you all the glory you deserve. You will shout your name from the rooftops so the whole world can come to know your loving kindness. Worthy, worthy, worthy are you, our Lord!
