December 29, 2024 - Psalms‬ ‭105‬:‭1‬-‭5

“Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. Sing to him; yes, sing his praises. Tell everyone about his wonderful deeds. Exult in his holy name; rejoice, you who worship the Lord. Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him. Remember the wonders he has performed, his miracles, and the rulings he has given,” Psalms 105:1-5 NLT

We praise you, Lord, for your amazing goodness to us. As we are coming close to the end of another year, we praise you for the time you have given us. We praise you for how you have worked in our lives this year. We want to take a few minutes and remember the wonders that you have done in our lives, the miracles you have done for us, the things that you have spoken. Holy Spirit please come bring things back to our minds that we can praise you for. (Take some time and praise him for what he has done in your life in 2024.) We rejoice in all that you have done and your goodness to us. Your faithfulness to us is beyond understanding. Lord, we don’t want to keep the wonderful things you have done for us to ourselves. Give us opportunities to share them with others.

Holy Spirit, as we prepare to move into the next year, help us to search for you in a deeper way. Teach us how to make continually seeking you a way of life. Deepen our relationship with you to deeper levels. Help us to live in a place of continued worship of you. Let us see the world around us through your eyes and give us your heart for it. Continue to do your work in us and transform us into the person you created us to be, all for your glory, our Lord.
