August 4, 2024 - Psalm‬ ‭68‬:‭1‬-‭3

“God shall arise, his enemies shall be scattered; and those who hate him shall flee before him! As smoke is driven away, so you shall drive them away; as wax melts before fire, so the wicked shall perish before God! But the righteous shall be glad; they shall exult before God; they shall be jubilant with joy!” Psalm 68:1-3 ESV

Lord, we call to you. Arise in our lives. Come and take charge. Be the ruler of all that we are. We submit ourselves fully to all that you are. Come and arise. Push back our enemies and cause them to scatter away from us. Uproot anything in our lives that is of him or that he is influencing. In your name, we command him to flee from us. Come and breathe into our lives and push him back like the wind pushes away the smoke. Come and set us ablaze for you. Let your fire burn strong in us and melt the enemy out of our lives like wax. Where you are in our lives the enemy can’t stay, so we give you all of us and allow you to push him out of every area of our lives. Lord, nothing is off limits to you. Nothing is hidden away. Wash us clean and make us holy before you. We want to live as the pure white bride you are longing for. Let us rejoice in living a righteous life for you. Lord, you are worthy of that and so much more. We shout for joy and rejoice in giving everything to you. We exalt you above all others. You are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. You are the Most High and Almighty God. All praise to your name!

In Jesus name, amen.
