August 22, 2024 - Psalms 33:13-15

“The Lord looks down from heaven and sees the whole human race. From his throne he observes all who live on the earth. He made their hearts, so he understands everything they do.” Psalms 33:13-15 NLT

Wow, Lord. We know this to be true, but it is always good to be reminded of how present you are in our lives. You are not sitting up there on your throne basking in your glory and praises and not caring at all about us down here on earth. We praise you for being a God who cares. You created us and you love us. You don’t miss a moment or even the smallest detail of any human’s life. You see each and every one of us. We each have a special place in your heart that is reserved for us specifically. Your capacity is more than we can even begin to understand. We are so grateful for how you care for us. We are so grateful that you observe it all, and don’t miss anything. You understand us because you created us, and you see everything that has happened to us. You know why we have become who we are and why we behave as we do. You long to bring healing and restoration and you know how to do that in the most loving way. You are such an amazing God, and we love being loved by you. Hallelujah.
